The Scottish St Andrew’s Society of Abu Dhabi supports charities through fundraising activities and social events.

In 2011/2012, the Scottish St. Andrew's Society of Abu Dhabi is supporting the following charities:

Special Care Centre for Children, Abu Dhabi

The Special Care Centre runs an educational facility for students with special needs in Abu Dhabi.  They offer reduced fees to many underprivileged students, allowing them to gain an education.  They are currently raising funds to build a new campus.

The Archie Foundation, Scotland

The Archie Foundation is the official charity of the Royal Aberdeen Children’s Hospital, the Children’s Wards in Inverness and Elgin and Community based Child Health throughout Grampian, Highland, Orkney and Shetlend.  All monies donated to the Archie foundation go directly towards ‘making the difference’ for sick children and their families in the North of Scotland.
